Il pr\u00e9voit la construction de 24 logements collectifs d\u00e9clin\u00e9s du T2 au T4 <\/strong>et 1 com\u00admerce au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e qui respecteront une \u00e9criture architecturale traditionnelle et l\u2019esprit du b\u00e2ti environnant. Il s\u2019organise au\u00adtour de trois corps de b\u00e2timents d\u2019habitation d\u00e9gageant un espace central int\u00e9rieur. L\u2019acc\u00e8s au c\u0153ur de la parcelle se fait par un porche au centre de la fa\u00e7ade. \u00c0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re, deux corps de b\u00e2timent viennent s\u2019implanter le long des parcelles mitoyennes. Elles entourent un espace central ou vient s\u2019implanter le parc de stationnement.
